Advocate Himanshu Beotra has been in active legal practice before the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh since 2004 and holds a B.S.L. (1999–2002) and an LL.B. (2002–2004) from Symbiosis Society’s Law College, University of Pune, and a Diploma in Consumer Protection Laws (2003) from IALS College, Pune.

He is the Founder at Himanshu Beotra & Associates. With more than two decades of continuous professional practice, he has handled matters across civil and criminal jurisdictions, including both original and appellate proceedings.

His areas of practice include commercial matters, civil disputes, criminal trials and proceedings, constitutional law matters, writ petitions, arbitration-related disputes, family law matters, and consumer protection cases.
